Head of Customer Success

Job Description

The Head of Customer Success, is a vital part of the management team for Teikametrics' rapid growth. Your role is to be a coach and strategic planner for our team of Customer Success reps helping thousands of entrepreneurial ecommerce sellers.

You will ensure the Customer Success team successfully attains our key performance metrics around product engagement, MRR, churn, and upselling. Additionally, you will work effectively and collaboratively with other managers and leaders across the broader sales and product teams to drive success for both customers and Teikametrics.

  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and communication skills

Demand Generation Manager

Job Description

The Demand Generation Manager will lead all of Teikametrics' digital marketing and demand generation activity to drive rapid growth.

You have a proven background in performance marketing optimized for customer acquisition and engagement. Metrics are baked into your DNA, and—now—you seek a leadership role at an industry changing company that incorporates and fully utilizes your marketing and product strengths.

Desired Skills and Experience

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage all organic and paid advertising channels
  • Develop and oversee rigorous testing methodologies and optimization programs to better understand customers, analyze conversion funnels, and drive customer engagement and retention
  • Interface with the product and engineering team to rapidly design, iterate, build and optimize landing pages, user flows, and product funnels
  • Utilize precision analytics to inform marketing and product strategies; provide performance results to executive team
  • Drive content creation, campaigns, and metrics to fuel inbound lead strategy
  • Work with sales to relentlessly adjust and refine outbound targeting and sales processes
  • Synthesize inputs from multiple data sources to identify engagement and retention opportunities
  • Review new technologies and keep Teikametrics at the forefront of marketing developments

Skills & Experience:

  • 4+ years of digital marketing experience, a portion of which was spent scaling hyper-growth, early-stage companies (B2B or B2B2C)
  • Former or current responsibility for leading growth at a SaaS company
  • Experience managing and optimizing paid advertising budgets to maximize growth whilst controlling for CAC
  • Deep experience with Hubspot/Marketo, Google Analytics, Intercom, Heap, Segment, Optimizely, MySQL, Excel, R, Tableau, and other analytics tools to evaluate data around user behavior, conversion rates, and funnel analysis to create feedback loops for optimization
  • Strong capacity to utilize A/B tests, viral loops, landing pages, and email delivery to inform and propel growth
  • Extensive knowledge and understanding of a wide spectrum of acquisition channels like Email, SEO, SEM, Affiliates, Sponsorships, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Google Adwords, to access customers

Software Engineer II (Back-End)

Job Description

Teikametrics is looking for a software engineer with strong computer science fundamentals and a background in application development. As a member of a startup engineering team, the candidate must show the ability to learn fast, solve problems independently and work on a diverse set of software engineering problems.

Desired Skills and Experience

Qualified candidates must have:

  • Strong computer science fundamentals: data structures, algorithms, distributed systems
  • 3-5 years of experience working on web applications (HTTP and web services), ideally ones that offer a SaaS platform for business users
  • Proficiency in one of the following languages: Java, Scala, Python, Ruby, Javascript
  • Proficiency with a web- or web-services framework associated with that language (Spring MVC, Django, Rails, Play, etc.)
  • Working knowledge of databases and experience with writing code that interfaces with the database layer. SQL/RDBMS experience required; experience with various NoSQL databases desired.
  • Ability to construct and write unit and integration tests
  • Basic proficiency with shell commands, managing remote services and using deployment tools
  • General strength as a coder and ability to write readable, principled code facilitating further work by a collaborative team.
