Your free 30-day trial gives you full access to all of the features of Teikametrics Flywheel. There are no restrictions, and you have no obligation to continue using Flywheel beyond your trial period. You won’t be billed until after your 30-day trial is complete. You can cancel at any time.

Am I charged for Flywheel 2.0 Basic?

No, Flywheel 2.0 Basic is free. With Flywheel 2.0 Basic you receive all the benefits of Flywheel 2.0 connected marketplace metrics and insights, but do not receive our best-in-class AI-powered advertising automation features.

Can I upgrade from Flywheel 2.0 Basic to Flywheel 2.0 AI-Powered?

Yes! At any time you can take advantage of Flywheel 2.0 AI-Powered’s best-in-class advertising automation features by going to Account > Billing and upgrading.

How is my Flywheel 2.0 AI-Powered monthly bill calculated?

After your 30-day free trial is complete (and if you are over $10K/month in total marketplace sales) you will be charged 3% of your total marketplace advertising spend at the end of the next 30 days of usage. If you decide to track search terms in Flywheel’s market intelligence tool, you will be charged $.30/month per search term. If you are under $10K/month in total marketplace sales, Flywheel 2.0 is completely free and you will not be charged.

If I start advertising in a new country am I locked into always advertising in that country?

No, if you find that you no longer wish to advertise in a specific country or marketplace we can enable/disable countries with ease, just reach out to our Support Team for assistance. Note that if you did have optimization turned on at some point for the country, you will be billed for that portion of time.

I read somewhere that you ask for my product costs….is my data secure?

Under no circumstances is your data shared without your consent for any reason, and is kept secure. You can check out our privacy policy for further explanation.

Can multiple users access my Flywheel account? How do they get permissions?

Yes, you can have multiple users access and manage your Flywheel account. Permissions for access are controlled under Account > Users in the Flywheel App.

Am I charged based on the number of users of my Flywheel account?

No, you are not charged based on the number of users of your Flywheel account. You are only charged 3% of your total marketplace advertising spend per month and only if you are over $10K/month in total marketplace sales.

Ad management FAQs

How often will I be speaking with my Account Manager?

Calls with your Account Manager depend directly on your level of services. With Ad Management you’ll speak once a month and receive weekly check-in emails. With Premium Ad Management we work as a strategic extension of your team, therefore standard communication is a standing weekly call and regular email correspondence.

What type of reporting will I receive?

With Ad Management, you’ll receive standard weekly reports via email from your Account Manager. You will also have access to the Flywheel platform, which allows you to log in and review or export reports on-demand. With Premium Ad Management, you’ll receive weekly reporting customized to your business objectives from your Account Analyst. You will also have access to the Flywheel platform, which allows you to log in and review or export reports on-demand. With Premium Ad Management you also receive quarterly performance reports, insights analysis (why is performance changing), and ad hoc custom analysis.

Can I still execute advertising changes on my account if need be?

We recommend that you allow your Account Manager (AM) to take action within your account on your behalf according to the Teikametrics Methodology. This allows your AM to have a more complete understanding of your performance. For example, if you were to add new keywords in Seller/Vendor Central that did not adhere to the keyword thresholds your AM abides by, there could be an unexpected drop in performance. If you wish to take action please discuss with your AM and they can work with you to determine the best course of action.

When is it appropriate to have Teikametrics manage my advertising for me?

Advertising is complex. It takes years of experience to understand important contexts such as your goals, the competitive landscape, as well as keep up with the ever-changing tools of Amazon and Walmart. This must then be translated into an advertising strategy that balances both individual product goals as well as business objectives.
