How does my 30-day free trial work?

Your free 30-day trial gives you full access to all of the features of Teikametrics Flywheel. There are no restrictions, and you have no obligation to continue using Flywheel beyond your trial period. You won’t be billed until after your 30-day trial is complete. You can cancel at any time.

How does my monthly bill get calculated?

Your bill has two parts for the Flywheel platform. The first part, is a flat $59 platform fee. You will pay this each month. The second part, is the variable ad spend fee. You’ll be charged 3% on every dollar you spend over $5,000. That means that if you spend less than $5,000 per month on ads, you only pay $59 per month. Once you start spending $5,001, you’ll be charged 3% of $1, or $.03.

Am I charged the $59 Platform Fee every time I begin advertising in a new country?

No, when you’re a platform-only customer, the $59 base fee covers all countries where you’re advertising. The ad spend fee will be applied to all ad spend under optimization. This can vary for Ad Management customers.

If I start advertising in a new country am I locked into always advertising in that country?

No, if you find that you no longer wish to advertise in a specific country or marketplace we can enable/disable countries with ease, just reach out to our Support Team for assistance. Note that if you did have optimization turned on at some point for the country, you will be billed for that portion of time.

I read somewhere that you ask for my product costs….is my data secure?

Under no circumstances is your data shared without your consent for any reason, and is kept secure. You can check out our privacy policy for further explanation.

Can multiple users access my Flywheel account? How do they get permissions?

Yes, you can have multiple users access and manage your Flywheel account. Permissions for access are controlled in Seller/Vendor Central. You can learn more about the process of adding and removing users here.

Am I charged based on the number of users of my Flywheel account?

No, you are not charged based on the numbers of users of your Flywheel account. Your monthly bill as a Self Service SaaS customer is a $59 platform fee, plus 3% of monthly ad spend. Your first $5,000 in ad spend is free of charge every month.

Can I still execute advertising changes on my account if need be?

We recommend that you allow your Account Manager (AM) to take action within your account on your behalf according to the Teikametrics Methodology. This allows your AM to have a more complete understanding of your performance. For example, if you were to add new keywords in Seller/Vendor Central that did not adhere to the keyword thresholds your AM abides by, there could be an unexpected drop in performance. If you wish to take action please discuss with your AM and they can work with you to determine the best course of action.

What type of reporting will I receive?

With Ad Management, you’ll receive standard weekly reports via email from your Account Manager. You will also have access to the Flywheel platform, which allows you to login and review or export reports on-demand.

You will also have access to the Flywheel platform, which allows you to log in and review or export reports on-demand. With Premium Ad Management you also receive quarterly performance reports, insights analysis (why is performance changing), and ad hoc custom analysis.
