Who is eligible to participate as a referrer?
To participate in the referral program, you must:
- Be a current Teikametrics customer
- Refer companies that are legally separate from your current or past employer (within the past 5 years)
- Not refer your own company (self-referrals are not eligible)
What qualifies as a successful referral?
A referral rewards are issued after the referred company:
- Is a new Teikametrics customer (not a current or previous customer)
- Has not been in active sales discussions within the past 6 months
- Is not currently in opportunity or contracting stage negotiation
- Minimum $10K monthly marketplace advertising spend
- Signs a new annual contract
- Not an upsell or renewal
- Uses a domain that is not listed among excluded referral domains
When will referral rewards be made?
Referral rewards are issued after the referred company:
- Signs an eligible annual contract,
- Successfully pays the first invoice and remains an active, paying customer in good standing for 90 days from the contract start date.
Is there a limit to how much I can earn?
Yes. Referrers may earn up to $15,000 per year (maximum 6 successful referrals annually).
Can I refer multiple companies?
Yes — as long as each referral meets the program qualification requirements and annual payout limits have not been exceeded.
