Meet Molly Roach, one of our Senior Account Executives! 

Hi my name is Molly and I am a Senior Account Executive here at Teikametrics. I’ve been at Teikametrics for over 2 years now and love working here with my team and coworkers. In my spare time, I like to be outside as much as possible whether that’s skiing, running, hiking, walking-you name it! 

Why did you choose to pursue a career in your field?

I am a very competitive person from growing up playing sports and Sales is a very competitive field. You will only get out of it as much as you put in so if you work hard you will gain the rewards.

What does a typical day look like in your role? 

Attend the team morning meetings, get organized with a to-do list, and typically try to do outreach or email-catch-up before 12:00pm EST and then have the afternoon for client-facing calls or cold calling. 

What’s one thing you’ve worked on recently that you’re proud of? 

I had the opportunity to recently present during our marketing event, Admax 2023, alongside my teammate Dan. Dan and I presented our exclusive Opportunity Analyzer report to highlight how our tools can help brand owners feel confident that their business is running efficiently. It was really fun to work alongside Dan and Marketing and I felt honored to have been considered and asked to be a presenter.

Why did you decide to join Teikametrics? Why do you stay? 

I decided to join Teikametrics because I was looking for a company that had authenticity, transparency, and a great team culture. I’ve worked at past companies where you felt like you were just a number to the Sales Team or the Management Team was never transparent or honest about company performance, growth plans, or disclosed any hope about the company’s future. 

Within the first week, I knew I made the right decision when my first day included a company All-Hands meeting where the CEO and other C-suite members presented to the company workforce on the company’s growth progression, our mission, our targets, and even had an open dialogue and Q&A with staff members. 

I choose to stay because I feel like a respected member of a bigger team here at Teika. We are a close-knit group who look out for one another, help each other with no hesitation, and respect one another’s opinions and voices. It is a company culture that I have never been a part of before and I couldn’t imagine working for a company where it was any different.

Which one of Teikametrics’ core values resonates most with you and why? 

We are all owners – I think this speaks to the team mentality here at Teikametrics. As owners of this company that means that the value will only go up if we are successful. Sharing ownership helps put stakes in the game for every employee here and provides a reason to stay driven to succeed.
