Meet Jason Campana, Strategic Growth Manager.
My name is Jason and I am a Strategic Growth Manager with Teikametrics. I have been at Teikametrics since September 2021. I live in Toronto, Canada, and am an avid golfer. When not golfing, you can find me trying a new restaurant in the city with my wife or cheering on our Toronto sport teams (Go Leafs Go!).
Tell us about your team: What does your team do? How do they support the business?
My team works with some of our largest clients to ensure they are finding success with our analysts and platform. Our team focuses on reducing churn as well as facilitating growth.
What does a typical day look like in your role?
A typical day means meeting with our Premium customers and seeing how we can add value to our partnership. My role involves working with our Partners on Premium services. This means ensuring customers are happy and their accounts are performing at a superior level as well as finding ways to increase customer revenue on various marketplaces/channels.
Why did you choose to pursue a career in your field?
I enjoy working with customers and problem solving. I enjoy providing solutions for our customers to maximize their ad spend and budget.
Why did you decide to join Teikametrics? Why do you stay?
I chose Teikametrics primarily for its collaboration. Our Sales team has a very collaborative culture where each one of us wants to help the other succeed!
What do you like most about working remotely?
I enjoy the flexibility of locations I can work. I can work from anywhere in the world, which means being able to travel more often.
How does Teikametrics support your work-life balance?
Teikametrics provides a very positive work-life balance and managers across the org encourage time off!
What do you like to do outside of work?
Golf and travel!
How has Teikametrics supported your career development?
Since being here almost two years, I have worn many hats and done different roles. The leadership org really cares about each other’s development and takes time to learn what’s working and what can be improved.
What’s something that can only happen at Teikametrics?
Team dynamics. Everyone is truly aligned to one vision and goal. Everyone here at Teika really goes above and beyond for one another and this is evident in our morale.
What’s one thing you wish more people knew about Teikametrics?
Collaboration. Our sales team really wants to ensure we are all in this together! This is evident in our Sales team calls where we focus on reviewing calls and emails.
